Hi Christy.
So happy you found the site, I hope it makes life a little easier. How long have you known your one of us?! I damn near cried when I heard about the Betty Crocker GF products. I haven't had a chance to get my hands on them yet - but as soon as I can I will. I think we should all go in a convoy to the US for GF products - it might make a point!

LOL!! Loved the post - my parents were wintering in California and brought back a bunch of stuff for use including the Cocoa Pebbles and Rice Chex - I only recently heard about the French's G/F Worchestire Sauce or I would have got them to bring 6 of those suckers too!! I don't get why companies like Post and General Mills won't label bilingually so they could sell to the Canadian market - I'm sure they'd do well.............

I love your blog by the way! I found GF wooster sauce at Blush Market (85 St and 17 Ave SW). Kinda expensive but well worth it!

I agree about the cereal; I miss having an unlimited selection. The cornflakes and crispy rice are getting kind of old.

Hey Caitlin!

I wish I had known you were looking for gf worchestershire...I have 3 bottles just hanging out in my cupboard. If you are in the states, Fruity Pebbles are also gf, as are Corn Pops (who knows why they are not in Canada?). Try the VH sauces for great teriayki, stir fry, and soy sauce. Very cheap, and easy to buy at almost any grocery store in Calgary. Seriously, I have been doing this celiac thing for nearly 10 years, and if you ever need any advice, just let me know, and I can provide. It also helps to have someone who understands to complain to! Also, tell Connor he's a goof for not asking me before...especially if he was tortured about the "woster" sauce.
