A Tasty Lasagna

We ate lasagna and I didn’t even have to boil water for it.

One of the things I find hard about GF living, is being able to have easy meals on the nights when we are both running around like chickens on red bull. Stopping to make a meal from scratch really adds time onto the night. I really never thought that we would be able to get around this issue – not until we found these meals. A Tasty Menu now makes take home pasta. It’s as simple as heat and serve. The sizing is perfect for 2 with left overs for lunch, or 4 with a side dish. And let me tell you, the smell of dinner cooking paired with the knowledge that I didn’t have dishes to do made my heart sing a new tune. (I meant to take a photo for you to see it…but we ate it too fast!) 

They have more then just lasagna and I’m sure it’s all just as good. If you manage to get there before I do please let me know what your thoughts are.

Go forth and be lazy. Enjoy the convenience of pre-packaged dinner just like everyone else.
