Not for lack of anything to say, but for the lack of time to say it.

Anyhow, let’s talk about cheese. Specifically let’s talk about Galaxy Nutritional Foods Mozzarella Flavour Rice Cheese.

This stuff is good. Like really, really, good. Most lactose free, gluten free cheeses are dry and nondescript in flavour. This one however, is none of those things. I am even going to go out on a limb and say, it’s as normal as it gets. We will continue to buy this cheese and probably in mass quantities. Fiance likes it, and I hate having separate cheeses in the fridge, and our food, all the time.

We found this cheese at Superstore. I’m starting to really heart Superstore and the options they provide to us.
