We're slowly taking over, I met three more Celiac's on the walk this year. Both are excellent - my husband likes the Hearty Grain one - it is very dark like a pumpernickel with seeds. The other amazing good bread mix - makes a great white loaf - perfect for grilled cheese or french toast..........but yes the holy grail of bread is for GF Patisserie............
