I have tried the Le Messagere beer and did not like it for the very reasons you stated..too fizzy. So I had dropped even trying other GF beers thinking no hope. Sleemans Honey Brown was my favourite beer back in the Gluten days so Im very excited to hear about the Green's Endeavor..I'll be making a trip to the kennsington wine/beer store maybe even tonight so I can enjoy a beer this weekend.
