Dear Judy,

You make my world go ‘round.

Sincerely,

Caitlin.

That’s all I can really say about Judy G pizza.

I’ve been sitting on this blog for sometime now, not because I’m being lazy, or because I’m hiding something from you – I simply didn’t know how to put into words what I think of Judy G Pizza.

Since I keep getting all faclempt about my feelings please indulge my point form notes on why I love Judy.

(picture this being written while pulling petals off a flower with the wind blowing through my hair)

  1. Judy is a local. A local making a great product for Celiac’s. I heart Locals.
  2. Judy is affordable. Oh no people, you don’t have to break the bank to eat like a king.
  3. Judy makes a great pizza crust. It’s not dry, it’s not the consistency of a sponge made of sand, it browns in the oven like a normal crust and you can eat it with your hands because it doesn’t fall into a million pieces.
  4. Judy makes all the best flavours – Hawaiian, Pepperoni, and Vegetarian. We rotate the flavours simply because they all rule! She also makes a plain crust that you can adorn yourself. But really, why would you, when she does a better job then you ever could anyway! Pisstt…Judy, if you’re listening, Boyfriend would love, maybe, a BBQ Chicken assortment in the future.
  5. Judy doesn’t discriminate. Nope, she makes a GF free, soy free, lactose free, meat free, egg free option as well. She loves you all!
  6. Judy has given me my sanity back. For the last year, Boyfriend and I have been hosting Pizza Wednesday’s at our house. You see, Wednesday’s in our world are all about the mid-week relax. Judy has given us a way to make a great meal, with little to no effort – no dishes, no cooking, and no decisions – just great pizza. And if having that pizza means a mid-day run to Community Natural Foods, by heavens we will, and we have!

Judy G may just be the second greatest love of my life, and soon she will find a place in your heart to. Trust that I am not leading you astray and give Judy a try.

You can find a link to her website not only in this post but also on the right hand of this site. Go take a look, find a retail location near you and fall in love!

Hey Caitlin, I am a friend of Connor’s and came to your blog from his site. All I have to say is THANK YOU for this post. I recently found out I’m allergic to wheat, dairy AND eggs. After spending hours and hours standing in aisles reading ingredient lists and giving up all hope of ever eating delicious delicious pizza ever again, I can now eat pizza!!!! Sweet mother of god…. amazing.
