Happy December 1st Everyone.

Do you know what this means? Only two more paychecks before Santa comes!!

It also means that it’s time to entertain and be entertained. The holidays bring a whole other bag of challenges for a Celiac’s – and more importantly the friends and family of Celiac’s.

A good friend of mine sent me a great to link to a Canadian Living article dedicated to GF holiday entertaining. The first page is full of hints on how to handle holiday entertaining for and with Celiac’s; and the second page, if you are domestically inclined, is full of great gluten free holiday recipes.

If anything, the greatest part about the article is that a major Canadian magazine gives us the attention I think we deserve. I’ve even taken the time to buy a copy or two of Canadian Living simply to support their efforts.

If you, or anyone you know, is domestically inclined, please let them know that I have two mint copies of a great magazine, if they want it!
