Making it easier to be lazy.

This may knock your socks off, so sit down and take a deep breath.

Ready? Okay, I was shopping online and didn’t buy any shoes! It’s shocking I know, but it actually happened.

What I did find, however, is just as awesome. Okay made not completely as awesome, but definitely close. I found a bread machine made by Breadman that comes equipped with a GF setting. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. 1. Put ingredients in machine. 2. Press GF button. 3. Eat warm straight from the machine smothered in butter and jam.

EASY!

I did some reasarch and read reviews – aparently this machine is brilliant and easy. The added bonus, Amazonhas it on sale right now for less than $100. The shipping costs may brak the bank, but at least you can say it was less than $100.

Have them send it to a US address (since you are going to seattle), saves tons of $$$
Canada Post is greedy and lousy

Be Careful, when I check the unhappy people it was all because of getting a used machine either right from the start or after it was returned because of a problem. If you do get it, let us know how it is. Im still debaiting whether I would use it enough to justify the expense and time to make the bread.

I hear ya on the issues with used machines. I don’t think I would tempt buying used – mostly because I don’t know how the machine was used or what it was used for.

I’ve been having the same debate over time. I mostly want one for the winter. We’ve been trying to get out to Cochrane for bread for a couple weeks but the weather and road conditions are making that impossible. It’s like a sick joke being played on me by the universe – it’s cold and I want comfort food (aka grilled cheese and soup) but because it’s cold I can’t get the best bread.

Hey there, did you end up ordering that bread machine? I’m thinking about it, seriously. The words ‘grilled cheese and soup’ are playing over and over in my mind…

We didn’t end up buying one. Our tiny apartment kitchen just doesn’t have the space. But trust me, as soon as we move to a big place – or move next to GF Patisserie, we will own one!
