		<description>I second, third and fourth this blog. i AM that friend... and Mama C&#039;s butter tarts will follow me overseas if need be, however Nova Scotia was far enough for now.... sigh .... buttertarts.. so good!!!

im still working on the perfect chocolate chip gluten free recipe... i&#039;ll leave this to your mum Glutastic.</description>

		<description>I think my mom could have a good running with her butter tarts, lots of raisins and she really fills the suckers.  I agree to find a good tart shell would be fabulous.  I did find a rice pastry shell at Planet Organic that I used for 2 pies at Thanksgiving.  It wasn&#039;t bad, not perfect. Everyone said it tasted pretty good.
The pumpkin pie was great but the lemon the pudding/geletin part just slid off the crust when you went to eat it.  Lots of laughs at the table. 
I would use again though, more because Im lazy and making my own pie crust is not the way I want to spend my time baking.</description>
