The Sweet Nectar of the God’s.
That’s what they make at Nectar Desserts in Inglewood. And then they sprinkle it with sparkles and sunshine.
So only a few days ago I blogged about going out for dessert with the girls; and in that blog I may have mentioned how difficult it is to find amazing GF dessert and how I was maybe feeling cheated and how maybe I hated the universe. Well the universe answered with Nectar Desserts. Not only does Nectar provide a large array of gourmet desserts to the gluten eater, but they have a very knowledgeable staff that know what it means to be us. Thus, they have found a way to make GF desserts that non-gluten eaters will die for.
Oh and let me tell you about the wait staff – they rock my world. Young, knowledgeable, social, honest and trendy. What more could you want?! If When you go, look for a young cutie with dark hair and tattoo’s. Not only is he a Celiac willing to help, but he’s a total cutie and will simply make your night light up with his charm. PLUS, you have to ask him for his tempura batter recipe; it’s so good. And it’s totally idiot proof – even I could do it.
Okay people GO TO NECTAR. Bring a date, impress the daylights out them and let Nectar impress the daylights out of your deprived taste buds.
Oh and as a side note: they make flourless wedding cakes. So if you or anyone you know is getting married, think of Nectar. Better yet, if you’re getting married and your younger sister, who happens to be the maid of honor is blogging about GF wedding cakes, you may choose to take a look at them ~hint hint nudge nudge~

Will add to the wedding list, a trip to Nectar – first for sampling and second for ensuring the maid of honor has an appropriately delish dessert at the wedding!
