The only redeeming thing about winter is the holidays. I can totally deal with minus 35 degree weather if I know that Santa is coming.
This year is going to suck be different. This year is going to be gluten free. No more Turducken at Christmas, no more of moms stuffing at Thanksgiving, and definitely no more keg stands on New Years Eve.
It’s time to learn how to do things differently – do things the gluten free way. I will be blogging about the holidays as they come and as they go and as I learn to adapt to them. I make no promises that the blogs will be funny, witty or insightful. What I will promise is that they will be true.
True to how I feel, true to how I see the situation and true to how I plan to move onto the next stage.
So kids, bundle up, buckle up, arms and legs inside the vehicle, because here we go!
