Wow. It must suck being you, wanting to be me.

And why do you want to be me today?

Because I ate a pizza pop for lunch.

Our wonderful friends at A Tasty Menu make them. And wow did they do a great job. From frozen it takes about a minute and half in the microwave to have your own little pocket of tasty pizza goodness. Oh so good.

They have them pre-made and frozen in packages of 4. So walk in, ask for them and walk out knowing you already have tomorrows lunch made!

The only thing I might caution you on is that they can be a little heavy on the dough to filling ratio. Is this an issue worth noting? Yes. Is it a deal breaker? NO.

    Margo, if you’re reading this, all I could think of was you when I wrote it. I was hoping that I got the post out in time for you to read it before you went to pick up lasagna. I say, clear out some room in the freezer and go to town – then make sure you let me know what you think!
