Si Senor!

Do you want to know the GF definition of Si Senor? In gluten free, Si Senor translates into: YES PIZZA.

On information given to us from the worlds greatest yoga teacher, Fiance and I made our way through Kensington to Si Senor’s. She had noticed that they advertised GF pizza and we simply had to give it a try. And let me tell you – they can do GF pizza right.

We ordered one Ham and Pineapple, and one All Meat. Wow were they good. It was like being the typical couple who wanted a night in with pizza and a movie. We didn’t have to do any work. Fiance picked up the phone, we went a block south (they deliver but we live so close that there was no point) and we came home and ate directly from the box. When both 10 inch pizzas were completely consumed, all we had to do was throw out the empty box and enjoy the uncomfortable feeling of eating way too much.

You don’t have to live in Kensington to enjoy Si Senor Pizza, they deliver. Do it, I dare you. Order delivery and enjoy that what arrives on the other side of the door is not another salad!

    Seriously?
That is the best news ever! Did Fiance try the gluten-free or regular? Just wondering how they stack up for pizza overall…

We both ate GF – it’s rare that Fiance gets to eat anything that isnt GF anymore. Poor guy. So, we cant really say how they stack up against the real thing; but my theory is that knowing how it stacks up, only reminds me of the things I can no longer have! Morbid? Yes. The unfortunate way things are now? Yes.

    Thanks for reading Margo.

All I know about the dough is that it’s corn based and that they do a double bake process to keep it from drying out and crumbling (which means it can take a little longer then normal pizza to be ready when you order it).

It was a nice little find. And you arent limited in your topings and combinations because they are made to order. Choices!!!!!!

I finally tried the Si Senor GF pizzas. Yum! Although, if I didn’t have to eat GF I would opt for regular pizza crust.

They do quite a good job with the crust and boy-oh-boy are they nice!
