I finally tried the Si Senor GF pizzas. Yum! Although, if I didn't have to eat GF I would opt for regular pizza crust.

They do quite a good job with the crust and boy-oh-boy are they nice!

All I know about the dough is that it's corn based and that they do a double bake process to keep it from drying out and crumbling (which means it can take a little longer then normal pizza to be ready when you order it).

It was a nice little find. And you arent limited in your topings and combinations because they are made to order. Choices!!!!!!

We both ate GF - it's rare that Fiance gets to eat anything that isnt GF anymore. Poor guy. So, we cant really say how they stack up against the real thing; but my theory is that knowing how it stacks up, only reminds me of the things I can no longer have! Morbid? Yes. The unfortunate way things are now? Yes.

Thanks for reading Margo.

Seriously?
That is the best news ever! Did Fiance try the gluten-free or regular? Just wondering how they stack up for pizza overall...
