		<description>I think this is phenomenal news for all you Glutties out there. (Besides the fact that it will make trips to Seattle easier!)

Starbucks is a major trend setter in the Corporate World. Having Gluten Free options at Starbucks would be like a grand coming out party for Celiac&#039;s. (Akin to having a two hour feature on Oprah)

When Starbucks speaks others follow. Companies take note and try to catch-up. Just look at the industry&#039;s reaction to Starbucks cards. They were once a novelty at Starbucks, but now they&#039;re available from McDonald&#039;s to Subway to A&amp;W to Tim Hortons. 

This acceptance could really open the doors to a more accepting Celiac World.
