Turns out that I am not the only Celiac who’s attempted to eat at the Saddledome! And even more importantly – I’m not the only Celiac that has found this undertaking IMPOSSIBLE.

One of our great readers took her mission directly to the Customer Service Department and here is what they said:

I’ve worked in customer service before, and I know exactly what that means. “I’m going to file that in the recycling bin.”

I can appreciate that this is a hard undertaking for them. Hockey games, trade shows etc are built on beer and deep fried everything. But really people can you not muster a salad? If McDonald’s can do it so can you!

Feel free to copy the Customer Service info and send an email of your own. Maybe the more we ask the more we’ll be given!
