No, I’m not going to tell you about some twisted dream that I had. I’m going to tell you about a great GF cookie made by Glutino.

A good friend of mine found these and she thought I might be in the mood for a food experiment. Some people might choose to call it a tasting – but we all know that when it comes to GF foods, it’s more of an experiment then a tasting.

The experiment paid off. Zebra Dreams are great. They actually taste like an Oreo and ice cream sandwich hybrid. The best part is that they come in individual packages of two – perfect for lunches.
